Good paddle from the seafront around to the estuary. Calm and high tide along the seafront but quite a chop crossing the mouth of the estuary to Aberdovey thanks to a strong katabatic wind. Paddle along the coast to Panteidal. I was going with the current this way so made good time despite the strong headwind. Returned via the middle of the estuary so as to pick up the wind and waves on a downwinder to the mouth of the estuary and then home.
